Tropica Anubias Barteri Nana 1-2-Grow!
The Anubias Barteri var. Nana is a small, attractive plant that thrives under all conditions. The plant originates from Cameroon and grows to a height of 5-10 cm.The rhizome grows to 10-15 cm or more. It grows slowly and the leaves survive for several years, giving slow growing algae a chance to establish themselves.
The Anubias Barteri var. Nana thrives best attached to rocks and tree roots in the aquarium where there is not too much light.
If planted in the substrate, the creeping stem (rhizome) should not be covered, as this can cause the plant to rot and die.
This plant can also bloom underwater.
