Oxygen plant for the pond

This frost-sensitive bog plant, native to the southern USA, can grow both underwater and above water in wet soil.
When bruised, the somewhat succulent leaf gives off a lemon scent.
The plant can bloom lilac-blue.
The Bacopa Caroliniana grows relatively slowly.
