Lagenandra Thwaitesii
Lagenandra Thwaitesii
This plant can sometimes make a silvery edge on its leaves, but that can also suddenly disappear. It does very well underwater and because of its hard leaves it is a good alternative for anubias. Perch, for example, stay away from it. It only makes side shoots very slowly and if it does make them you can use them for half a year as a front zone plant and only then move them to the middle or background of the aquarium. The leaves are long and narrow on a stem.
