Hygrophila Difformis - Pennant Plant
This unusually shaped aquarium plant thrives in good light and looks best in a spacious grouping of four or five stems.
The leaf shape is determined by temperature: at low temperatures the leaves are thicker and smaller; at higher temperatures they are larger and more feathery.
The leaves are large (up to 10 cm long) so sufficient space is necessary.
If there is too little light, the lower leaves fall off and more space is created between the leaves.
