The Alternanthera Reineckii is a red-leaved stem plant that is available in several colour variations and leaf shapes.
The upper part of the leaves varies from olive green to brown, the underside of the leaves from pink to red.
A good source of iron is therefore recommended to maintain and enhance the red colour.
Because the leaves are reddish, this forms a striking and beautiful contrast with green aquarium plants.
Due to the height of the plant, it is recommended to place it as a back zone plant.
